- In-home sales experience and/or strong sales aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Excellent active listening and rapport building skills
- Pleasant and professional presence
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time
- Willingness to learn and apply the Momentum sales approach
What You'll Do
Start with two-week, instructor-led, in-class training
Meet with homeowners 1-3 times a day, 5 days a week
Seek referrals and self-generated sales in addition to company leads
Manage your projects and installs
